Rules:

--Photos should reflect natural resource conservation in action in South Dakota. For further information on natural resource conservation, contact your local conservation district.
--Photos must be taken within SD between September 1, 2007 and August 1, 2009.
--Submit individual black & white or color photos at least 5"x7" with a maximum size of 8"x10". Digital photos of less than 300 dpi will not be accepted. Framed or matted photos will not be accepted.
--Completed entry form (PDF file) must be included.
--The number of entries per photographer is not limited.
--Entry fee of $4 for first photo and $2 for each additional photo, to assist in paying for return postage on photo contest entries.
--All photos will be displayed at SDACD's annual convention.
--SDACD reserves the non-exclusive right to retain any photograph and to use any photograph in publications for promotional purposes. Photo credit shall be given to the photographer when photos are used. Photos not retained will be returned via the USPS after September 25, or arrangements can be made to pick them up after noon on Tuesday of state convention.
--All possible care will be taken in the handling of the photos, but no responsibility for loss or damage during transit or exhibition will be assumed by SDACD. Entry in contest signifies agreement with all conditions.
