National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic 2024 - Sioux Falls, SD


The National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic is the nation’s largest upland hunting event, bringing together hunters, landowners, conservationists, and outdoor enthusiasts. Hosted by Federal Ammunition, this event celebrates upland game birds, habitat preservation, and the camaraderie of those passionate about the outdoors. Coming attractions for 2024 include a Concert for Conservation, Public Lands Pavilion, Path to the Uplands Stage, Habitat Stage, Bird Dog Stage, and more than 400 unique vendors featuring outfitters, gear, food, and so much more!


Event Details

  • Date/Time: Friday, March 1st - 12:00 PM to Sunday, March 3rd - 4:00 PM.

  • Location: Denny Sanford PREMIERE Center in Sioux Falls, SD.

  • Tickets:

    • Adult: (Age 17 and over): $15

    • Youth: (Age 6 – 16): $5

    • Child: (Age 5 and under): FREE

    • Military & Union: FREE (Present your active Military or Union ID for a single entry, valid any day)


What to Expect

  • Upland Tradeshow and Convention: The heart of the event lies in the expansive upland tradeshow. Here, attendees can explore a wide range of exhibits, products, and services related to hunting, conservation, and outdoor gear. Whether you're a seasoned hunter or a curious newcomer, there's something for everyone.

      • The show floor attractions include the Bird Dog Parade, Youth Village, Habitat Help Desk, Women on the Wing Lounge, and more!

  • Bird Dog Parade: The grand opening of Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic will kick off with the Bird Dog Parade at 11 AM on Friday, March 1st. This event is unique to the National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic and is highly attended. In past years, they've had over 100 dogs participate, representing over 40 sporting dog breeds.

  • Conservation Partners: Learn from experts and connect with organizations dedicated to wildlife conservation. Discover the latest strategies for habitat restoration, land management, and sustainable practices.

  • Public Lands Pavilion: The Public Lands Pavilion features an exciting lineup of dynamic speakers and an exhibitor area celebrating the country’s 800 million acres of prairies, forests, mountains and public lands open to all Americans for hunting, hiking and exploring.   • Friday Night Upland Rally: Join fellow enthusiasts for an evening of camaraderie, storytelling, and passion for upland hunting. Includes great food, a silent auction, raffles, and more! Doors open at 5 PM in the Ramkota Event Center - this is a ticketed event.

  • Saturday Night Celebration Dinner: Indulge in a delicious dinner while surrounded by like-minded individuals. This is a great opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and celebrate our collective commitment to conservation. Doors open at 5 PM at the Ramkota Event Center - this is a ticketed event.

  • Sunday Women on the Wing Brunch: Ladies, join this delightful Sunday morning brunch where you’ll hear from inspiring leaders, learn how to get involved, and raise a toast with the Women on the Wing community. The brunch will be Sunday, March 3 from 9:30 - 11:30 AM - this is a ticketed event.
